Hi, I’m Terri Deuel, an executive and team coach with a focus on transforming the face of leadership for executive leaders and within their teams. With my background as a corporate officer and senior executive, I work with purpose-driven, servant leaders to shape their brands, transform their leadership and create a resilient and collaborative team.

My work is driven by my belief in a multi-dimensional leadership model, not built upon role or title but upon leading with connectedness and ownership at all levels of the organization. I believe that business results are more easily realized with creativity and synergy that comes from working in partnership with others and leveraging the resources others bring to the organization. Over the years, I have come to understand from first-hand experience that each person matters and the whole truly is greater than the sum of its parts.

I am passionate about helping high-achieving leaders like you who want to find new ways to engage for themselves and their teams in order to maximize efficacy.

Simply put, my focus is on you in two ways:

•Helping you reach an elevated level of performance, greater engagement on the increased resilience in leadership and more satisfaction at work.

•Helping your teams develop their relationship systems intelligence to accelerate collaboration, navigate change, increase trust and support the creative thinking that is needed to face today’s challenges.

As a coach, I have walked in your shoes. Today I use my global leadership background for your benefit. I distinguish myself through a variety of approaches, tools and exercises, all of which include experiential learning and practices that leads to sustained change.
