Emotional Intelligence Unleashed
Emotional Intelligence Unleashed weaves the practice of yoga with coaching to help you monitor your feelings, connect to the feelings of others and then use the information to guide your thinking and actions. Specifically, the program focuses on the four components of Emotional Intelligence – self-awareness, self-regulation, social awareness and relationship management – for enhanced rooting as a leader.
During the sessions in a nurturing studio, you begin to see that success originates from seeds of awareness within and roots on using that awareness to handle yourself and relationships judiciously and empathetically. The program is custom-designed to fit your needs, whether new to yoga or a seasoned veteran.
Each session begins with breathing to come into the present moment and setting an intention that supports your mission and approach to fulfilling it. The yoga flow that follows aligns movement, flexibility and strength with the breath and intention, helping to establish a way of noticing, slowing down and being exactly who and where you are in each moment without judgment.
After yoga, the coaching begins to integrate what was noticed during the practice with who you are becoming and how emotional intelligence factors into ways to reduce stress, be more productive and live and lead with more joy.
