Executive and Team Coaching
With an extensive and proven background as a results-oriented operating executive in a Fortune 25 company as well as small company turnarounds, I’ve begun working directly with corporate leaders in individual and team coaching programs. In our coaching work together, we focus on areas that drive what I call “Grounded Leadership: mastering optimism, adaptability, agility and flow.”
Each coaching program is custom-designed to focus on specific results and challenges, both moving into action and embracing self-awareness. Goals, parameters and expectations for the relationship help set the specifics and alliance that will drive a productive partnership. Central to each program is a relationship in which I, as the coach, and the leader or team, as the client, are active collaborators, two equals for the purpose of meeting the leaders’ needs.
Through executive coaching, I help leaders address their business challenges by working with them to best manage, link and interrelate three key components of success: their team interactions, interpersonal behaviors and business results. With a focus on
